Before anything, you must read this through. The rules here will be the basis of how you will work in the site and treat others. Please make sure you don't disobey any of the rules around here.
1. Don't Spam. Spamming is a simple yet annoying way to gain post count and in this case - money too. We forbid spamming for the annoyance it might bring to private topics and such. This also counts when attempting a post in a dead topic, an inactive topic. Therefore: no spamming posts anywhere you want whenever you'd like.
2. Don't Double-Post. Double-posting, just like it sounds like, is posting twice in a row in the same thread. You have the edit button, use it instead of making a new post. This only applies in case your post was the last one. Therefore, do not post twice in a row in the same topic unless admin permission was granted.
3. Refrain Using Foul Language. Foul language is offensive, inappropriate and shows immaturity. We request you don't use it ever, unless for good enough purposes (from which the reason 'I don't like him' DOESN'T COUNT). Foul language includes any type of swearing or insulting. Therefore, refrain from using any type of language that others would find offensive.
4. Obey Staff Word. Staff members aren't promoted for nothing: they're here to help you out with whatever you need. Their words are law here and you will have to follow their instructions, for they're not here to cause any bad to any of you. If you think the staff is wrong, PM a different staff member (preferably an admin) with why you think they're wrong and what should we do about it. Therefore, obey the staff's words for they're here to help.
5. Do Not Cheat. During RP topics, one might use their skills wrongly, or use things they shouldn't be using. This includes weapons one doesn't possess, Jutsus one doesn't know, environment that doesn't appear around or any other kind. In trades or such, cheating would be the most possible condition to be found: scamming. This comes to hand when you take away an item or an amount of money without giving your part of the bargain. It's disrespectful and immature. Therefore, don't cheat in any way.
6. Respect Others. We are simply not going to tolerate with any kind of hatred shown towards other members for no special reason. Don't try being a tough-guy, respect and honor are important things as well. The staff will locate a case of disrespect and investigate further to see how to solve the problem with whatever necessary to prevent a fatal result (such as ban. It's not fatal, but it's bad). Therefore: please show respect towards other members.
7. No God Modding. Of any sort, god modding (otherwise known as G-modding) will not be allowed at all. G-modding is triggered whenever your character controls another person's character, does incredible things they shouldn't be able to pull off (like a Genin level suddenly gains Rasengan out of the blue - a phenomenon known as Overpowering) or plays unfairly (like suddenly changing personality just because you want to battle or something while your character is described as a non-aggressive, or a careful-type). There is also the case of Power Playing, where one abuses their spot (most common example is a staff member abusing). This is only a small part of G-modding examples, but I hope you got the point. Therefore: do not god mode in any way possible.
8. No Meta-Gaming. Meta-gaming, to those who don't know, is the situation where one uses OOC (out of character) information in an IC topic (in-character). In other words, your character knowing things because you know things. That kind of thing never happens: although we discovered Tobi's real identity, Tsunade doesn't know it (mere example). Therefore: do not meta-game at all. Please include the phrase 'Yabureru~' to your application to show that you've read the rules.
9. No 1-Line Posts. During play-times, in an IC topic, a 1-line post is simply a post that has only 1 line in it. That shows pretty much a large lack of experience or capability to RP, and a post with 3 or 4 lines can leave a much, much better impression - even if you use shortened phrases or if your grammar isn't good enough. Quantity over quality, but 3-4 lines are much more preferred. Therefore: refrain from using 1-line posts please.
10. Your Character's Found In 1 Place. Simple, your character cannot show itself in several places at once unless you're using some kind of forbidden multiplication technique - which is not allowed, by the way. A human, or even a certain animal, can only be found at one place at a time, in only one area of the world. If you think of Pain breaking this rule - every Pain is a certain individuality, which is why there's only 1 person at 1 place. Therefore: do not post in multi-topics. Focus on 1 topic at a time.
11. Avatars Shouldn't Exceed The Limit. In case you didn't know, the avatar is the small picture in the left side of the screen, below your name and stuff. It's a small picture to your choice, which need to have to maximum limit of only 100x100 pixels. Therefore: avatars should not exceed 100x100 pixels.
12. Signatures Shouldn't Exceed The Limit. Signatures is whatever you put every time under your posts automatically. Most of the time, they are posts or your list of techniques so you won't forget them or just simple pictures. But even this one has a limit: you can't have more than 2 pictures, each being at the maximum size of 400x600 in case you have 1, 300x450 if you have 2. Therefore: Signatures should not exceed their limited set.
13. Follow All Rules. No exceptions at all. All rules should be obeyed and followed carefully, to keep the site running without too much problems. It is important that the rules stay strict to keep the order of the site. Therefore: All rules should be followed at all times, except certain exceptions.
That is all.
